The Distribution & Channel Management team is responsible for launching a broader distribution network to assist Tangerine in its goal of becoming the #1 Direct Bank for Canadians everyday banking needs. Establishing a greater presence through various distribution options will support the banks’ strategic objectives – Grow our customer base; Deepen relationships with our Clients; Strengthen brand awareness; and Showcase Tangerine’s leadership in technology and unique culture.
The Mobile Pop Ups are a unique retail banking experience in Canada allowing consumers to experience Tangerine. They will be located at a specific location and move to a new location every 6 months.
The role of the Retail Sales Associate is to provide exceptional customer service through face to face interactions. Introducing prospective Clients to Tangerine, guiding them to set up their accounts and educating them on the features and benefits of banking with Tangerine are key responsibilities of the role. Strong knowledge of Tangerine products and services will also enable Associates to handle inquiries from new and existing Clients directing them to the appropriate channel for servicing.
