The mandate of the Human Resources department is to develop, implement and co-ordinate policies and programs related to: employment, employee relations, payroll, benefits, recruitment, internal communications and succession planning and employee development. The department ensures compliance with all employment standards and governing legislation.
The mandate of the Human Resources Talent Acquisition Specialist is to partner with various client groups providing them with HR services throughout the recruitment process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent for the bank. This role also provides support to the Human Resources team in a wide variety of activities, so that the team can continue to deliver exceptional service to clients. The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports directly to the Manager of Talent Acquisition.
