The Senior Analyst of Product Performance, Chequing reports directly to the Director of Product Performance, Chequing and Lending. The Senior Analyst is responsible for product related analytics including profitability, forecasting and pricing for the Tangerine Chequing Account. The incumbent will assess chequing account product initiatives, programs and business cases and make recommendation on product enhancements and profitability. The Senior Analyst will report directly to the Director of Product Performance (Chequing and Lending).
Product-related business and financial planning.
Maintaining and building relevant models that support business insights and forecasting.
P&L monitoring, insights and recommendations including: cost to acquire and maintain, cost control and product profitability optimization.
Perform pricing strategies.
Perform business case analysis.
Build strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.
Forecasting and pricing assessment.
Analysis and insights on product performance and client behaviour on P&L.
Relationship contact for day-to-day finance activities related to the product.
OPEX management and monitoring including associated marketing costs.
Embraces and ensures execution of Tangerine’s promises and leadership competencies.
Other duties as assigned.
- University or College Degree
- 5+ years of Financial Institution experience in a strategic or business development role
- Specialized Knowledge
- Practical knowledge of leading industry practices related to retail deposits
- Practical knowledge and understanding of business strategy

The Senior Analyst of Product Performance, Chequing will be working in a traditional office environment and may be subject to special working conditions as needed by the business. Special working conditions may cover a range of circumstances from regular evening and weekend work, overtime, shift work, working outdoors and/or working with challenging clients.
